Stockholm can easily be reached from Stockholm-Arlanda International airport and there are frequent communications from the 3 other international airports in or around Stockholm. Please be sure to obtain Swedish Krona (SEK) when you arrive in Sweden as Euros are not accepted everywhere in Sweden.

Stockholm-Arlanda International Airport is 42 km north of Stockholm.
• Trains – Arlanda Express is the name of a high-speed train that goes straight between Stockholm.
Arlanda Express is the fastest way into town from Stockholm-Arlanda Airport. It only takes 20 minutes from the airport to the Central Station in Stockholm. There are two stations at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport, Arlanda Södra (south) with access to terminals 2, 3 and 4, plus Arlanda norra (north) under terminal 5. Arlanda Express often offers discounts, especially at the weekends.
At the airport, you can buy tickets at Arlanda Visitor Centre in Terminal 5 and LFV's other ticket counters, or at yellow ticket vending machines. Price: Adult one way 240 SEK, Return ticket 460 SEK Reduced prices for students and senior citizens.
The easiest way is probably to book your journey at the Arlanda Express website. You won't have to keep track of your ticket because you'll travel on your credit card, which you present to the onboard train attendant.

Upon arrival at Stockholm-Bromma Airport, Stockholm • website
Stockholm-Bromma airport is located 9 km west of Stockholm Central Station and 70 km south of Uppsala. The airport bus runs between Bromma airport and Stockholm city bus terminal, next to the central station.
Frequency: the timetable runs to connect with flight arrivals and departures.
• Cost: single ticket: SEK 79 (approximately. EUR 8) or a return ticket: SEK 150 (approximately EUR 15).
• Journey time to Stockholm: 20 minutes (depending on traffic).

Stockholm-Skavsta airport is located 110 km south of Stockholm Central Station and 177 km south of Uppsala.
Airport shuttle buses run between Skavsta Airport and Stockholm Central Station.

Västerås Airport is 100 km northwest of Stockholm. The airport of Västerås is located about five kilometres east of the city centre. The area is called Hässlö.
